We are so pleased to be offering our Pregnancy Yoga to the studio.
These classes are a wonderful way of supporting mums to be, both mentally and physically in a safe and gentle way.
Pre natal classes are so much more than Yoga. Not only will they offer effective breathing techniques and exercises to help assist you with shortness of breath during pregnancy and labor, the classes will also empower you during your postpartum period.
Theses classes will provided you with tools, strength and mental support to help overcome, fear and will assist in giving you confidence and stress release for the body once baby has arrived Earth side. The sessions are a beautiful way for you to connect with the sweetness of your baby, nourishing your beautiful body and mind, enhancing the well-being of both you and baby to be.
Classes are suitable to start from 14weeks plus – until your DUE Date!

She knows only to well the benefits of yoga, from physically to mentally and everything in between! You are not only preparing for birth but well beyond.
