A well balance introduction to Pilates, to include band resistance and ball work.
If you looking to begin your journey or fresh your foundation knowledge this is the course for you.
Delivered by teacher Kim Buss, with over 20years experience as a Pilates teacher, she has a world of knowledge to help and support you.
